Saïd Mouline is an engineer specialized in Environmental Protection, graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Former Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mines in 1989, he joined the Center for the Development of Renewable Energies (CDER) in 1992 as Scientific and Technical Director. Said Mouline also held several positions of responsibility within the group Finance.com, in the field of Energy and Environment, and was in charge of the QualitAir program at the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Protection of the Environment. He was also an advisor to the President of the OCP Group in charge of Sustainable Development. Currently, he is the General Director of the Moroccan Agency for Energy Efficiency (Amee).
Saïd Mouline was elected President of the Mediterranean Association of National Energy Management Agencies (MEDENER) in 2010. He was President of the Energy, Climate and Green Economy Commission at the CGEM, he was responsible for the Public / Private Partnership within the organization committee of Cop 22
